What you should know about me:  I use a whole-person, functional medicine-based approach as an advanced endometriosis practitioner. I am extensively trained in both pelvic and orthopedic physical therapy (see training below). I regularly accept out-of-state/country patients for endo management. I use lumbopelvic rehab ultrasound imaging, pelvic, scar, and orofacial dry needling, visceral mobilization, therapeutic yoga, Pilates, myofascial release, integrative and functional medicine targeting endometriosis, orthopedic, pelvic health, and endocrine function. I am additionally board-certified in Lifestyle Medicine and a member of the Menopause Society.
