Philosophy of Endometriosis Care:
Endometriosis is a whole-person disease, so I take a whole-person, biopsychosocial approach using a variety of treatment techniques, including pain science, visceral mobilization, graded exposure to activity, and novel movement strategies. All of these are implemented with a psychological and trauma-informed approach, with the client’s goals in mind.
